Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026.

These terms govern your use of VitrinaFlow, operated by Intetec (Rua Rio Grande do Norte, 1435, Sala 708, Belo Horizonte — MG, 30130-138, Brazil). By creating an account, you agree to what's described here.

1. What VitrinaFlow is

VitrinaFlow is a platform that generates social media content from your business's briefing, builds a publishing calendar, and posts automatically (or with your approval, depending on the mode you choose) to your connected networks. Today, automatic publishing genuinely works for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. LinkedIn is coming soon — we're always upfront about what's ready and what isn't.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Use a valid email and keep your registration details up to date. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to represent the registered business.

3. Connecting your social networks

By connecting your Instagram or Facebook account, you authorize VitrinaFlow to publish, on your behalf, the content you approve (or that gets auto-approved, if you've chosen that mode). This connection is also subject to Meta's own Terms of Service and Platform Policies — you can revoke access at any time, either from VitrinaFlow (Connected Networks → Disconnect) or directly from your Facebook/Instagram settings.

4. AI-generated content

Captions and images suggested by VitrinaFlow are generated by artificial intelligence from the briefing you've provided. That means two important things:

  • You're always responsible for reviewing content before it's published — unless you've specifically opted into automatic approval mode, aware of that risk.
  • We don't guarantee generated content is free of errors, inaccuracies, or that it perfectly reflects your business's reality — AI is a support tool here, not a substitute for your own review.

5. Content ownership

Your business content (briefing, photos you upload) remains yours. AI content generated specifically for your posts is also yours, to use however you'd like once published. VitrinaFlow claims no ownership over any of it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VitrinaFlow to:

  • Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights;
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or features that aren't yours;
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to circumvent it without authorization.

7. Pricing and billing

VitrinaFlow is a monthly subscription per workspace: for each profile, a flat fee per contracted network plus a post volume package, as listed on the pricing page. There's no free trial — post generation and publishing start once the first payment is confirmed.

Outside Brazil, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it charges you in US dollars, issues your invoice, handles any taxes due in your country, and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. In Brazil, billing is in BRL through Asaas.

Your subscription renews automatically every month. An upgrade mid-cycle is charged pro rata right away; a downgrade applies from the next cycle. If a payment fails, generation and publishing keep working for 7 days and are then paused until it's settled, without deleting any data. Price changes are announced in advance and never applied retroactively.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no fee, in Workspace settings → Billing: future charges stop and everything keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also close your account from the platform's own settings (see section 8 of our Privacy Policy on data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, notifying you whenever possible before taking that action.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

VitrinaFlow is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation — particularly since we depend on third-party services (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, AI and payment providers) outside our direct control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or inside the platform before they take effect.
