About how it works
Do I need to know AI or marketing to use VitrinaFlow?
No. You fill out a guided briefing about your business once — simple questions, no jargon — and the platform generates, schedules and publishes the content on its own from that.
Do I have to approve every post manually?
No, only if you want that level of control. There's an automatic mode: if nobody approves it by the scheduled time, the post publishes on its own. And you can switch modes whenever you want.
What if I don't like a generated post?
You reject it before it goes live — nothing publishes without your approval in that mode. If a certain type of content keeps missing the mark, adjust the briefing and the next posts will already reflect it.
How long does setup take?
The initial briefing takes a few minutes. After that, content generation already runs on its own on the following nights.
About social networks
Which social networks does VitrinaFlow publish to today?
Instagram and Facebook publish automatically today, straight through Meta's official API, and TikTok publishes video through TikTok's official API. LinkedIn is coming soon.
Is it a bot that clicks around the screen?
No. Publishing uses each social network's official API — the same way professional social media management tools do. It's more stable and doesn't carry the block risk that "outside" automation usually has.
Can I disconnect a network whenever I want?
Yes, anytime, right from the profile settings.

How much does it cost?
A flat fee per connected network, plus a post volume package per month. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Creating your account is free, no credit card required. After that, you only pay for the networks you connect and the post package you choose — there's no separate trial period.
Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel whenever you want, no penalty.
Does it work for any kind of business?
It works for any business that needs to keep an active social media presence without dedicating a whole person to it — from a local shop to a business serving customers remotely.
Can I manage more than one business on the same account?
Yes. Each workspace can hold several profiles (different businesses/clients), each with its own briefing, schedule and connected networks.
