How it works

From "I don't know what to post" to "it's already live"

Four steps, and only the first one takes more than a single tap from you.

Step 1

One briefing, just once

You answer a few simple questions about your business: who you are, what you sell, who your customer is, what tone of voice fits your brand, what to avoid — and, if you want, even who your reference competitors are. It takes a few minutes.

This briefing is what teaches the AI to write like your business, not like a generic content generator.

What goes into the briefing

  • Your business and what sets it apart
  • Target audience and social media goals
  • Tone of voice (formal, playful, technical...)
  • What to avoid saying or showing
  • Up to 3 reference competitors
  • Your own materials (photos and videos)

Every night, without you asking

VitrinaFlow looks at the schedule you set up for each network and generates the content for the next posts — caption and image — following exactly what's in the briefing.

You can also upload your own photos and videos to the media library, for the AI to mix in with what it generates on its own.

Step 2

The AI generates the content by itself

No opening a design app, no writing captions, no remembering that today was supposed to be a posting day.

Step 3

You decide how much you want to approve

There are two ways to work, and you choose per profile:

With approval: every generated post waits for your "yes" before going live. Didn't approve by the scheduled time? The post simply doesn't go out — nothing publishes without your sign-off.

Automatic: if nobody decides anything by the scheduled time, the post publishes on its own. Perfect if you trust the process and don't want to think about it.

Reviewing takes seconds

You see the generated caption and image, and decide: approve, reject (and adjust whatever's needed in the briefing), or just let the automatic schedule keep running on its own. All from your phone, without installing anything beyond your browser.

Zero effort on your end

Publishing happens straight through each network's official API — it's not a bot clicking around a screen, it's a real integration. If something does go wrong (an expired token, for example), you're notified so you can reconnect.

Step 4

It publishes itself, right on schedule

Once approved (by you or by automatic mode), the post joins the queue and goes live exactly at the time in your schedule.
